Not like that. It could be Celeron and bus would be 66 MHz.
And other thing - the brand of the PC is IBM. I don't want to tell bad things but PC133 SDRAM of various brands may not run on this PC (no matter of single or double sided) - it fits in slot, but PC doesn't recognize it. IBM is IBM

. And especially old desktop systems like hers and mine. Locked (do not allow OC), run with some brands or RAM, etc problems as I would call them
