A nice decision for a heatsink is Spire FalconRock2 and WhisperRock 4 - they are both silent have copper bases and are extremely cheap.
As for PSUs nothing can beat the quality/price level of Fortron IMHO. Great PSUs at reasonable price.
OK other AMD users please post your opinions on what you have used, and what you have had problems with...
