I've decided to buy a video card and wanted some good advice.

I have some questions:
1.Is this company any good?
2.My mobo only has the older 4x agp.This is 8x cam you guys confirm that it will work? It should shouln't it?
3.I have a proprietary power supply 250W Emachines will I have any problems?
Taht's all I can think for now...anything else I should worry about?
