Just burn the .cue file...you are probaby trying to burn a movie-- and with .mpg and .avi files you can fit 800 mb onto a regular 700 mb CD...It has to do with the Way you burn them (you want to use Mode 2) and the file overhead.

Programs need the overhead for error correction, but movie and MP3 files do not need the file correction...so you can get more onto a CD.

I have posted lots on this in the Audio and the Video file forums.

you can fit roughly 807 mb of a movie file onto a 700 mb disc without overburning.
When you have a .bin/.cue file..put them both in the same folder and then use your burning program to BURN IMAGE...and point it to the .cue file. That is all you should have to do.
