Sounds like a good system, if you are going to be into the gaming I would maybe opt for the better video card but you need to decide if the price difference is going to worth it for the difference in frame rates. With the way they are advancing products nowadays everything will be obsolete within a couple months anyway. I am a big MSI fan because their boards are really good and usually a good bit cheaper in price. My last board is an Abit and I am extremely impressed with it but it hasn't converted me to where I will never own another MSI
