Yeah, 41C is pretty cool... I have a Northwood 1.8 P4 and that idles at 43C, and under load reaches the dizzy heights of 55C - and that's with the stock heatsink/fan Intel supplies! Of course, I did remove that awful gunk and use some proper thermal compound...

It's not unusual for the heatsink to be cool-ish at that temperature though, as the CPU is barely breaking a sweat.
