41 is not a bad temp, and actually it is pretty good. I would not worry until you start getting temps of around 60 C.
Besides, if your celeron starts getting too hot then it will slow down (inbuilt thermal protection) to prevent further overheating.
That is the ONLY advantage over amd, in my opinion.
