Hmmm...I am running XP so I am not the best qualified to give you Win2000 advice, but a little more info might help find the problem.
What file are you trying to open??
Have you tried opening your address book from INSIDE either OutlookExpress or Outlook (whichever you are using)??
choose -File->Open-> and then navigate to your Address book from there. (or does this give you an error message?)
if it says you are missing a file....what is the exact name of the file or .dll you are missing??
As far as you keyboard...that does sound strange....does the wrong key thing only happen on webpages, or do you get it happening all the time????
