I can't look at my address book -- not even on the backup drive. When checking the file association option (right mouse click), I am redirected to look on my Windows XP installation disk for the file that I need.
Only one problem. I am running Windows 2000 Pro and not Windows XP and I have never run Windows XP. What do I need to do to fix this problem. I suspect I have some registry issues.
My second problem is that I am getting letters different than what I am typing when filling out a form. I have to type in notepad and copy and
paste to get around this. What do I need to change?
