I have also PC Inspector File Recovery. It's a very good program to restore a file that you just deleted and it's not in the Recycle Bin. But I don't think that it's better than Get Data Back recovering files from a partition that Windows is unable to mout (anyway it is able to recover files in this situation).

Some time ago I had to recover files from a partition that was completely destroyed for no aparent reason, with hundreds of files. Get Data Back was able to recover about 50 to 60% of all files (it recovered almost all files, but many were damaged, so I don't count them). In a FAT partition the chances of recovering a file increase if the drive has least fragmentation (another good reason to defragment FAT partitons.)
